Free Serious Portraits

​Site Specific Performance 

 

My first public clowning performance-offering strangers "FREE SERIOUS PORTRAITS" in exchange for a conversation about their purpose and passions. Painting portraits in ketchup, mustard, and pickles dressed as the clown, "Kinks". 

 

The purpose of this performance was to interrupt the daily routines of the people of Providence. I want people to think and consider what they are doing, so they don't lose track of themselves.
